This particular article is written by David Kupelian. He is the vice president and managing editor for WorldNetDaily.com. He posted his article on 2005 on how lying marketers used legal abortions on influencing polls in the America. Using freedom as a basic all-American right into campaigning the modern political movement. In which is article is made credible from its connections of statically involvement of legalizing abortions to lure in more woman voters. From his knowledge, experience in editing and his current post, this article is credible for referencing.
This article clearly shows that even legalizing abortion can be a method in political movement. How dedicated activist launched marketing campaign to curb the nation’s abortion laws and to spread the issue publicly to gather more public opinion in the 1960’s. From his statistical research on how the success on using the method of legalizing abortion and from its research on the controversial Roe v. Wade decision in 1973 resulting in abortion being legalized in all 50 states in the United States of America. In his article, it is clearly shown that how campaigners used legal abortion tactics to divert Americans in political votes. The article also clearly tells us that majority of Americans were opposing towards unfettered abortion, how did the marketers able to divert the attention on the core issue of what is the effect of an abortion. (No longer was the morality of killing the unborn at issue, but rather, "who decides.)
The involvement on the abortion rights also clearly shows on how the abortion was changed from the rallying, movement, campaigning of the “pro-choice” slogan in the 70’s and when the Americans cried out “Freedom of Choice” and “Women must have control over their own bodies” all in the favor of a permissive polls. Lies on pre-fabricating on the figure of illegal abortions in the United States. Their tactical ways of convincing the citizens from the wide spread of the media and with its false figures that strikes the abuse of Freedom of choice that rattles the consciousness of the Americans.
Lastly this article is really shows on how legalizing abortion took a turn in world history through deceiving, lies and tactical from the political movements that eventually grants women to have a safer abortion in a very diverting way. The question is, did the marketers or the political campaigns really help the pro-choice women or did they help themselves by using the abortion and pro-choice slogan to win a campaign? (Who will make this most personal decision of a woman's life? Will women decide, or will the politicians and bureaucrats in Washington?)

i stll owe u 3... on the way
This article is written by Jay Rogers. He is an American staying in the state of Massachusetts. He attended UMASS/Amherst, where he got his double majored in English and Psychology. He got his teacher qualification at UMASS. He was teaching English in Beverly, Massachusetts and was recommended a full time writing and management position with The Forerunner, a nationally distributed university campus newspaper published by Maranatha Ministries. By his psychological background, this article will serve his reputation on commenting on the topic of his article.
The reason why I pick this article is because of its arguments and question on the safety of a legal abortion. In his article, it is written of scenarios of abortion by some individuals, who encounter problems like heavy bleedings, cervical lacerations, infections, perforations and other unfortunate problems. Its facts on its problem stated is credible from its statistic reports that he has undertake to make this article sufficient enough.
From his quote, (Let’s consider these facts in light of a pro-abortion slogan: "Freedom of choice in reproduction." What about the woman who had a legal abortion and as a result can no longer "choose" to have a baby). The reason on why he states this because of the trauma and damage women has to undertake during an abortion process and the post trauma after the process of abortion. Solely on the facts that undergoing legal abortion is dangerous maybe life threatening.
But in this article it’s true that going through an abortion is going to change a women’s life. But if a women who is pregnant from an unwilling pregnancy or rape or incest, where should she go find help if she is denied from legal abortion? Then she will undergo illegal abortion by inexperienced medical practice. So what is the benefit in that? She will still put her life in stake and thru a bigger risk of killing herself. Does it make any difference when she undergoes a legal abortion?
The solution of his article is the professionals of the responsible team which perform abortion for the woman that trusted them in doing a good job. Leaving their lives in their hands for them to make a change. But what will happen if the medical team involve is inexperienced or careless while performing their job? Who is the victim? These are the few arguments on the comparison on legal and illegal abortions. But there is one thing that I couldn’t agree more is abortion is not the answer. Prevention is better than cure. But when matter comes to worst, does a woman want to risk her life on a illegal abortion or on a legal abortion?

my Journal 2
Evaluation of Article from Internet Site,
June 20, 2007
The website is presenting their arguments on capital punishment through several chapters which are written by different authors. As all the chapters’ content is useable in doing my argumentative essay, therefore I am not specifying in any chapter of it but the website itself. Human Rights Watch is the website for the posted articles, which is a United States based international non-governmental organization that advocates human rights by carrying out researches regarding particular issue. It used to reporting on exploitations of international human rights norms that was set out by Universal Declaration of Human Rights to alert the public of protecting their rights and serves the purpose of averting right abuses as well. Articles produced by HRW are considered credible as they used to conduct researches to investigate and reveal the truths by providing facts garnered.
Time of completion is different for every chapter but it is ranging from year 1994 to 2006. Eventually it gives a panorama of capital punishment in United States since the past till now time. The timeline provides a comprehensive data on the development of capital punishment that includes, the description of past year cases, aspects in capital punishment that provokes debate, position of governments on the issue and involvement of international organizations to advocate their stand. It can be said that the timeliness is helping to present the accuracy of the articles but totally not affected it.
Some chapters of the website are even exposing the letters submitted to the government in attempt to urge the reformation of justice system or request of commutating death sentences of particular criminals. Facts are provided through statistics, citation of the President and professionals, jurisdiction of Supreme Court and government reports. Values of the articles posted have been proven by those facts. It is convincing as HRW reveals their attempts and actions to the public on figuring out the way to reduce the tragedy brought by capital punishment.
